The Copper Mountain Resort Association has created a resource for homeowners new to Copper Mountain and veteran homeowners alike. The handbook includes an overview of Copper Mountain, a summary of the governing organizations at Copper Mountain, a summary of dues and fees relevant to homeowners, regulations for short term rentals and employee housing units, as well as a summary of benefits, discounts, and resources available to homeowners.
